Nikki and Nate

Amy Webb smoothed the transition for my wife and I, who moved to the Charlottesville area from Denver, by providing her signature Charlottesville 101 tour well before we were in position to make a purchase. Once we were in position, Amy’s knowledge of the area and her attention to our wish list made for an efficient (and fun!) home-shopping experience.

The great thing about Amy is that she is evenly adept at each phase of the home buying process. She’s also a very good communicator, adapting to the patterns and platforms that my wife and I preferred without missing a beat. She’s at the vanguard of her profession and gives great heads-ups about what to expect next without ever being overbearing. It matters that she is thorough and meticulous, but it also matters that she’s not intrusive. She’s also got great connections (inspectors, lawyers, etc.), meaning that the smoothness that she brings to her role extends even beyond just her responsibilities.

On top of all of this is our abiding sense that she genuinely wants to see you in the best place – for yourself, not for her. These are all qualities that will have us coming back to Amy when it’s time to sell in the future. She’s easily the best of the 3 realtors that I’ve had experience with in the past. If you’re wondering, go with Amy.
