MEET AMY WEBB
Originally from Westchester County, New York, Amy arrived in Charlottesville in 1995 and happily calls it home. A Cornell graduate with many years experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur, Amy began her career in Real Estate in 2002, became a full time agent in 2004 and an Associate Broker in 2009, joining Nest at it’s inception.
Amy enjoys working as a real estate broker and has fun doing it, but never takes it lightly. Buying or selling a home is a huge financial and emotional undertaking for you and your family, and she treats the endeavor with the respect and dedication it deserves.
Amy’s goal is to provide you with 100% of her ability, enthusiasm and attention during every phase of the process: while searching for your dream home or marketing your current property for sale, but also
while negotiating on your behalf, handling the myriad of details involved and bringing the transaction to a successful close.
Her favorite “part” of the job? Amy loves using her background in design to help her clients envision how they can turn a house into a home!
