Last year, we were first time homebuyers and didn’t know much about buying houses. We found Amy through the net, still living in California. I was very impressed how thorough and prompt she was, replying to my emails, and how she asked detailed questions about our priorities and what we wanted, so that she could be efficient in finding the right house for us. When I finally met her, she already seemed to know us well! It felt like we did not get to spend enough time together – to appreciate her sense of humor, her down-to-earth-ness and her insight in the local real estate market. I was sure that this woman would not recommend to us anything that was a bad investment and I felt like she had very thoroughly searched the homes that met our needs. She said what needed to be said, and no fluff about it: I really liked that. Our “adventure” was over pretty fast, since she showed us the perfect house the first ( and only) time we toured houses together. She had done her homework and there it was – exactly what we wanted. Now I have to beg her every once in a while to make time in her schedule for us to get together so we can have a good time!”
