Amy Webb is, in a word, phenomenal!!

We were first time homebuyers who were new to the area.  She introduced us around Charlottesville and worked tirelessly to make certain we got into our perfect starter home, which turned out to be a new build.

She stood by us throughout the 13-month (!!) process helping us negotiate prices, making certain we were not forgotten when there was radio silence from our builder, and fighting for us when the builder and/or developer were not “playing nice” so-to-speak.

I love that she would take the back seat if I wanted to be the point person in any part of the process, and that she would just as easily jump up to the steering wheel if I got tired, too busy, or just plain frustrated.

I also love that she always promptly replied to any inquiries or concerns – that was critical for us!  If she had to be away for whatever reason, her team would step in and seamlessly take over until Amy returned.

What’s more, even though it’s been 8 months since we closed on our home, she’s still there for us as various issues with our new home arise.  Seriously, Amy is basically a part of our family now!

Not only do I strongly recommend that any first time homebuyer get a buyer’s agent, I highly recommend that you hire Amy Webb!!
