In addition to Realtor.com, your listing
will be shared on their content network
and may be featured on Trulia, Zillow,
Yahoo, MSN and other popular
websites.
- Your listing will be available to the
public at mycaar.com, nestrealtygroup.com
and ahomeincharlottesville.com. When
appropriate, I will also create a website
just for your home which will enable us
to market in a quick and impressive
manner to anyone who inquires about the
property.
- I produce professional quality, eye
catching photos which show your home off
at its best.
- I use attention getting, oversized,
attractive signs which include our
gorgeous photos of your home.
- I engage in print media campaigning
through local periodicals and
publications.
- I will create a beautiful color flyer
for your home.
- I will ensure that all of the active
Realtors in our board receive email and
print promotions about your home and will
host a catered Realtor Open House at the
most convenient and appropriate time as
soon as possible after listing.
- I will advertise your home directly
to the public through direct mail
targeted advertising sent to local home
buyers most likely to be looking to “move
up” to the property you are offering for
sale.
- I will schedule a Public Open House,
if desired, at the earliest convenient
date.
